Reporting channels

Matt Design provides the following internal reporting channels to individuals who wish to report violations of law that have occurred or are likely to occur within the company:

In written.

In electronic format, to the e-mail address: avertizori@mattdesign.ro;

On paper and sending correspondence by post to the company's head office in Bucharest, Intrarea Serelor st., no. 2, district 4, postal code 042124 - to the attention of the Integrity Officer.

Telephone.

By phone, at the phone number 0725.701.725.

In person.

By presenting yourself at the company's head office, by prior appointment at the e-mail address office@mattdesign.ro.

If you do not wish to use the internal reporting channels provided by Matt Design, you can contact the competent authority directly using the following ANI (National Integrity Authority) channels: the ANI platform, the e-mail address avertizari@integritate.eu or by phone, on 0372.069.869.

Regardless of the chosen reporting method, please note that it must include at least the following information:

• your name and surname;

• your contact details;

• the professional context in which the information was obtained (current or previous professional activities of any kind, whether paid or unpaid, carried out within Matt Design on the basis of which the information on violations of the law was obtained);

• the data subject, if known, mentioned in the report and to whom the breach is attributed;

• description of the fact that may constitute a violation of the law;

• evidence in support of the report;

• date;

• your signature;

• any other additional details useful, relevant and conclusive for the resolution of the report.

As an exception to the above provisions, the report may also be anonymous, but it must be specified that the report that does not include your name, surname, contact details or signature will be examined and resolved only to the extent that it contains substantiated indications of violations of the law.
